A Modo Mio

The phrase "A Modo Mio"(my way) is a couple of words to describe emotions and memories of someone. The great Frank Sinatra wrote a song called ‘My Way’. My father was a great and wonderful man with a brilliant personality loved this song. I remember my dad singing along and whistling the song as he was kneading the pizza dough by hand. He used a mixture of different flours along with a mother yeast which he created himself. I still use this mother yeast today! I have given years of hard work and sacrifice to reach my success, but I truly believe it is thanks to the mother yeast that has got me to where I am today. This is something which I will treasure and carry with me forever. This treasured yeast is what helps me to create the exact same dough as my father right here in London! Despite the climatical differences we still manage it. This is something we take pride in. I live in Bromley with my wife and daughter. We came to London five years ago and since then have started from scratch to build this business. We have had to face a thousand obstacles and difficulties but because of our visons and goals which we want to achieve we never stopped believing. 
It all started in a pizza van with a wood fired oven. we put our love into action, creating delicious pizzas. The olive wood provides them with an enchanting smell also. 
My wife is a magnificent chef with angel hands. She creates amazing pasta dishes with homemade sauces. Thanks to my wife we were inspired to call our dreram ‘my way’. We also dedicated it to my father. He taught me a lot in life and is now looking at us from the sky with a magical smile.
